Retaining walls, natural rock work, and paver patios built to last across the Shuswap. Twenty-five years of doing it right the first time.
60 seconds. Steve reads every one himself.
We specialise in the hard stuff — the walls and stonework that have to survive twenty-five Shuswap winters. It's the work we most want to do, and the work we do best.
Engineered block and boulder walls that handle real slope and real drainage — built to spec, built to hold.
Retaining walls in Salmon Arm →
Hand-placed local stone. The kind of rockwork that looks like it grew there — because it's set, not stacked.
Rock walls & boulder work →
Paver patios and stone stairs laid on a base that won't heave. Level in year one, level in year ten.
Paver patios in the Shuswap →
Natural stone ponds and streams that sound right and stay clean. Rock is what we do — this is just rock with water on it.

The part nobody sees and everybody regrets skipping. Proper base, proper drainage, no callbacks.
Excavation & site prep →
For select projects — grading, drainage, hardscape and planting from start to finish. One crew, one number, one standard.
Full landscape design & build →We stand behind our workmanship for a full 500 days. If something settles or shifts on us in that time, we come back and put it right — no argument. When you build walls that have to hold for decades, standing behind them is the easy part.

"We provided Steve with a rough sketch and he offered suggestions to bring our plan to reality. Completed on time as promised and within budget. We'd highly recommend Steve and his team."
"A complete transformation of our backyard from gravel to what you see now. Under budget and done within the time frame suggested. The ideas, work and effort were outstanding."
"Steve built a paver pathway and fire pit patio for us and it couldn't have turned out better. His imagination and creativity really shines in his work."
"An overgrown back yard with a sketchy deck became a beautiful paver patio with low-maintenance turf and rock pathways. My only regret is that I didn't get them here sooner."
"A weed-infested mud yard was transformed into an incredibly beautiful yard — cedars, rockwork, a flower garden, grass and a water rock fountain with a paver patio. Very, very fantastic work."
"I had a general idea, but Steve filled in my creative gaps and created the most beautiful yard. He also did a great job on my retaining wall. Everyone comments on my landscaping."
No sales rep, no call centre. The people who quote your project are the people who build it — with the owner on site every day.

Around 40 years on the machine. If it needs shaping, digging or moving, Dale has done it a thousand times — and customers love him.
Steve's son and the second generation on the tools. One of the hardest workers on any site we run.
Part of the small, steady crew that shows up when we say we will and builds it to the same standard, every time.
Based in Salmon Arm and out in Blind Bay and Eagle Bay most days — with projects right across the Shuswap.
It depends on height, length and what's behind it — but most residential walls we build land between $8,000 and $40,000. We'll walk the site and give you a written number before anything starts. No surprises.
We're typically booking a few weeks out in season. For a failing wall or a slope that's moving, we'll get out to look quickly — just call.
Yes. Any wall over 4 feet gets engineered, and every wall we build gets a proper drainage plane behind it. That's the part that makes walls fail, and it's the part most people skip.
Yes — Everything Earth carries full liability insurance, and we're happy to provide our certificate with any quote.
Hardscaping and landscape construction — retaining walls, rockwork, patios, walkways, water features and full builds. We don't do lawn maintenance or mowing, so we can put all our time into building things that last.
We do — a limited 500-day workmanship warranty. If anything settles or shifts in that time, we come back and make it right.

We'll tell you what it needs, what it'll cost, and when we could do it.
